What if you didn’t need external validation to feel love towards yourself?
What if you didn’t need circumstances outside of yourself to happen in a certain way so you’d finally feel the acceptance you crave for?

Self love is an internal way of being. It does not come from a partner, number on your scale, clothes that you wear nor what you have accomplished in life (I know, the latter was a shock to me too!).

That is why this meditation is so important, because we're working with you and not circumstances outside you.

I find this to be a very effective rewiring recording, featuring Tri's calming voice. I use it regularly and it has become my sanctuary and self-love space. I found that although intrusive thoughts can come in, the recording is an excellent tool to ensure you are doing the work regularly.
I love that there is two or three minutes of simply the calming soundtrack at the end.

It made me stop and think what kind of inner speech I have with myself (the automatic negative patterns going through my head all day long that I otherwise didn’t even notice) and helped me to connect with myself on a deeper level. It is definitely not a quick fix (no inner work is), but I find it very helpful to reflect where I am and where I want to be and how I want to feel.
